Tess realized that she failed to find the six facts in the switchyard.
Part of her brain was yelling internally -- it is just six facts! Why not do it.
Tess sat for a moment, visualizing the facts on small placards mounted to equipment or structures.
Tess resolved to focus and look at it again, suspecting that she ONLY HAD TO LOOK AT THE HIGH VOLTAGE SWITCHYARD, WHICH WAS A SMALL SUBSET OF THE SUBSTATION.
"How hard could it be?", she thought.
